• To carry on business as importers and exporters, as general merchants, suppliers of goods, buying and sales agents of varieties of goods and food items, and to act as manufacturers, representatives, distributors, dealers in goods and merchandise of every description whether consumable items, processed or organic foods.
• To engage in farming and agriculture in any or all of its branches including processing, storing, distribution and supply. To provide all facilities required including storage bins, barns, silos and depots.
• To render business support to businesses locally and internationally as well as rendering consulting services in food management, supply and distribution.
• To carry on the business of general contractors, trading, marketing, sales and distribution of general goods, be they manufactured or not, commission agents, manufacturers’ representatives, importers, exporters, general suppliers, and general merchants: to buy, sell, manufacture and deal in all articles substance, products, systems and appliances that will enable it realize its set objectives.
• To carry on business of sale and purchase of machineries and commodities of all kinds and description either by buying, selling, letting on hire to other companies, firms or persons and to do all any such acts, transactions and things in connection with or for any of these purposes on such terms and in such manner as may be desirable or expedient.
